Criminal Justice (Prop. 47 and Expungement) Clinic in Partnership with AAAJ-LA and Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE)

Volunteer attorneys and law students will receive training and assist clients with Proposition 47 record reclassification paperwork to reduce certain qualifying felonies to misdemeanors, and also help clients expunge their conviction records for purposes of applying for employment in California.  To volunteer, please RSVP here.  Lunch and refreshments will be provided to volunteers, and parking is available in the Advancing Justice - LA rooftop lot, accessible from Lucas.

Language Needs: All Asian languages and Spanish.  (Non-attorney bilingual volunteers are also welcome to sign up to help!)

Expertise Needs: Criminal law practitioners (need not be bilingual to volunteer).
