APA Heritage Month Event: Celebrating 50 Years of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

Please join APABA and Kollaboration at our upcoming APA Heritage Month Event: Celebrating 50 Years of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  The event will begin with a light reception followed by a performance by local artists and a panel discussion. 

Panelists to include:

  • Ahilan T. Arulanantham, ACLU of Southern California;
  • Warren Furutani, Serve the People Institute, Former California Assemblymember;
  • Joann Lee, Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles; and
  • Anna Park, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

The panel will be moderated by Karin Wang, Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Los Angeles.
